In this statement, we appeal to the 89th meeting of the FKZ (Technical Committee for Motor Vehicles) from 09.02.77 in Kassel, where decided was that for such facilities no registration requirement or a general operating permit (ABE) is required. (AZ No.:10PARA2)

If the sun visor, after assembly, exceeds the current vehicle height, the vehicle height would have to be re-entered.
Nevertheless, we recommend a preliminary check with your local test center to avoid problems in advance.

A sun visor suitable for the MAN TGX/TG3 (2020-...)

A sun visor not only increases safety while driving, it also enhances the truck's style and appearance. A sun visor reduces the risk of the driver being dazzled and thus distracted. The ideal accessory for the windshield for retrofitting or replacing. The difference to the factory-fitted sun visor is the color of the grey section. In the factory, this part of the sun visor is made of chrome-plated plastic and in the sun visor for retrofitting or replacement, this part is colored silver-grey. The sun visor is available in 2 variants, the 1st variant corresponds to the dimensions of the original sun visor (optically like OE 81-63701.6056/6061), the 2nd variant is 45 mm lower than the original and thus makes the truck even more individual.

For which MAN cab does the sun visor fit?

Made to fit the GX cab and GM cab. The GX cab is the largest cab available for the TGX model. The driver's cab with the GM cab is slightly lower compared to the GX cab, colloquially one size smaller. We offer the matching sun visor for both cabs.

How is the sun visor fitted?

The sun visor is supplied with pre-drilled holes. The matching bracket set for the respective cab can also be found in our range. The sun visor can be retrofitted to the cab or, if necessary, replaced with the factory-fitted sun visor. The material from which the sun visor is made can also be easily painted in the color of the vehicle, giving the truck an even more unique look.

What does the delivery include?

A sun visor with pre-drilled holes without bracket set. The bracket set is not included in the delivery and must be ordered separately.
