Truck interiors suitable for the new Actros L to be produced in 2023

In November 2023, the German commercial vehicle manufacturer Mercedes launched the first models of the new 3rd generation of the new Actros and made significant changes to the interior. The Actros L offers a whole host of new features and equipment details for even more comfort and space in the truck.
But now to the important part - what else from the old series fits?
So far, we know very little about the accuracy of fit of the styling parts from the previous Actros MP5 in the interior of the L-series.
- What is certain is that the new version has a 40 mm lower seat position. This means that the seat base surround of the previously offered imitation leather floors no longer fits.
- According to Mercedes, the new Actros L no longer has a high engine tunnel. However, the normal Actros MP5 (new Actros from 2011 onwards) did not have this either. Only the slimmed-down version of the Actros F had a tunnel. For us, it therefore looks as if the F has been equipped with the necessary comfort of the Actros MP5 and an Actros L has been bolted onto it - but this has not yet been confirmed.
- The new Actros L has been given a completely revised seat. The backrest of the new truck is obviously a lot thicker. Unfortunately, this means that the current seat covers no longer fit here.
- Now for some good news. Our complete lorry curtains and drapes will continue to fit! The new Actros L from model year 2023 onwards has not received any changes in terms of blackout protection. With our opaque curtain sets, you can marvel at the new LED interior lighting even during the day.
- At the moment, it looks like the tables and shelves will also fit in the new upgrade. However, we are currently in contact with the manufacturers to clarify this.
