Our DiamodStyle leatherette upholstery brings a sophisticated look to the cab with its special colored quilting. Precisely made for the automatic models of the FH4, FH5 as well as FH16 and FH750 series, these truck mats fit perfectly to the floor and thus provide a great eye-catcher in the vehicle.
This series has a lot to offer not only visually, but also in terms of quality. The selected imitation leather is particularly robust and durable. We made sure that the surface has a velvety matte finish and a beautiful, natural-looking grain. Thanks to the matte surface, the shiny quilting thread in striking contrasting colors comes into its own particularly well. While the base color of the mats is always black, you can choose between red, blue and gray for the thread. And so that the contrast comes into its own even better, a particularly thick and therefore also tear-resistant thread is used. The mats are lined with an approx. 0.5 cm thick, firm foam, which ensures that the diamonds of the pattern are particularly vivid and thus come into their own. But the back is also well thought out: it consists of a soft black felt with a slightly roughened surface. This ensures that the mats are not too rigid and adapt well to the existing surface. At the same time, this material already has a slight anti-slip effect. But since this is not enough to ensure that floor mats and engine tunnels stay reliably in place, there are also lots of anti-slip nubs on the felt. So everything stays where it belongs!
The embroidery pattern chosen here is much more intricate than the normal waffle quilting. Each panel is quilted twice, the seams next to each other have a distance of about 5 mm. This type of stitching results not only in diamonds of approx. 6 cm x 4.5 cm (measured at the inner diamond), but also in small overlaps at all corner points, which in turn form small diamonds. These small overlaps are completely filled with the embroidery thread, which creates a lot of small highlights on the mats, which make up the very special style of this series.
The all-round carefree package for the truck floor This set not only includes floor mats and engine tunnel cover, it also comes with the matching seat base covers. So you have the whole floor completely covered at once and everything fits together perfectly. The installation is very simple, because the mats are simply laid out in the footwell of the driver's cab, the base coverings have a Velcro strip sewn to the ends. They are simply placed around the seat base and then connected by the Velcro.
If the mats are subject to particularly heavy use or if you simply want them to adhere very firmly to the base, we recommend additional fixation with double-sided adhesive tape. This guarantees that nothing slips and the mats lie particularly tightly on the floor. If the mats get dirty, this is no problem thanks to the high-quality materials. Loose dirt is best removed before cleaning, for example by shaking out or with compressed air. Afterwards, the mats can simply be cleaned with a damp microfiber cloth. A high-quality interior cleaner, which should never be applied directly to the mats but always to the cloth first, makes cleaning even easier and gives the material the necessary care. Should the mats ever become heavily soaked, they should definitely be dried in a warm place.
