This item comes with a TüV parts certificate. You must still report the conversion to the test centre and have it registered. However, the costs and effort are manageable.
If you want to make your truck stand out from the crowd, you can't avoid a lamp bracket. With these roof lamp brackets, the useful additional headlights or warning lights can be permanently and securely attached to the truck roof and at the same time visually enhance the truck. Both bracket variants are made of high-quality AISI304 stainless steel and have a diameter of 60 mm. If you order the brackets with LEDs, they are already installed and wired, so only the main line has to be integrated into the vehicle electrical system.
The installation of the roof lamp bracket is relatively easy. They are attached to the truck's original points (twice on the front of the sun visor and two on the roof) using the four tabs welded on to the millimetre, which are accurate to the millimeter. You Need to drill 2 holes for Fixing the bracket on the Roof of the truck. The fiddly installation and wiring of the LEDs in the bracket is also eliminated, as these are already fully assembled. Only one line to the power supply has to be laid. The width of the roof lamp bracket is selected so that up to six headlights/warning lights or a light box can be easily mounted on them, even with the short versions. We expressly recommend having the assembly carried out by a specialist workshop in order to ensure correct installation.
Unfortunately, not even this stainless steel is immune to slight discoloration and dullness, but don't worry. The dirt is usually only superficial and of course we have a solution for that in our range. Wash off dirt, dust and insects beforehand with car shampoo, then apply a little polish with a polishing ball or microfibre cloth and work in until everything shines again. Finally, treat the freshly polished parts with a sealant to keep the shine for a long time.
