It is a marking of compulsory components. ECE means that this exam is valid throughout Europe, a Europe-wide CE mark.Nevertheless, the legal regulations and the approved light intensity must be observed during installation. 1. The reference number or luminous intensity

The reference number (Ref.) is a value that refers to driving lamps. According to ECE regulations, this reference number must not exceed the upper limit of 100 per vehicle.
The two values of the standard high beam (left and right main headlight) are counted here in addition to the values of other mounted high beam headlights.

The value is entered on the lens of approved headlights. That means if 4 headlights with a reference number of 25 each are installed, the lower two will go out when switching on. Then there are no problems.

Who does not couple it with the normal high beam and puts it on an extra switch, should consider the following. The switch or display in the vehicle must light up blue and be in the direct field of vision of the driver.

By fitting these Hella Jumbo LED driving lamps, you can give the front appearance of your vehicle a wonderful style.

With regard to the parking light, Edge-Light technology is used here, so the LEDs are perfectly distributed. This means that light is directed to the centre of the display area by means of the built-in mirrors that reflect the light. Therefore the LED position light has an optic which reflects a smile.
The spotlight is made of a high-quality thermoplastic and is characterised by a very high stability and impact resistance. The mounting brackets included in the scope of delivery are made of galvanised sheet steel and offer the driving lamp a large adjustment range to enable optimum alignment on the vehicle. The tilt angle to the front can be 5 degrees and the tilt angle to the rear can be 95 degrees.

Technically, the driving lamp is at the cutting edge of technology because it provides a light signal without delay when the headlamp flasher function is activated. This means that by using the headlamp flasher, other road users can be alerted to dangerous situations, thus ensuring greater safety.

This headlamp is available for hanging or standing installation on the vehicle. This product can be used at a nominal voltage of 12 Volt as well as at 24 Volt and the voltage range is indicated with 9 to 32 Volt. The power consumption at 12 V is 1.3 watts for the parking light and 8 watts for the main beam. At a power consumption of 24 V, the parking light has 2.7 watts and the high beam also has 8 watts.

Due to the existing reference number of 25, 4 of these headlamps can be mounted. Of course this product has an E-mark (ECE-R149 high beam, ECE-R148 position light, ECE-R10 EMC). Due to the used housing material this headlamp has a weight of 980 grams and has the protection classes IP6K7 and IPX9K, therefore the headlamp is optimally protected against all environmental influences.

The maximum mounting height including the spotlight is 4 metres.
