Carefully clean the plastic covers from dirt, dust and grease. This will help you achieve the optimum adhesive strength of the 3M double-sided adhesive tape. Align the stainless steel covers step by step to the desired position. Once the desired position is reached, fix the stainless steel surrounds in place so that you can peel off the protective film of the adhesive tape on the underside of the stainless steel trim. Once the protective film has been removed, press the stainless steel surrounds on briefly and firmly. This completes the installation quickly and easily. So-called body adhesive is also ideal for secure fastening.
Cleaning the stainless steel parts can be done with warm water and a microfiber cloth. Depending on the contamination and degree of pollution, a vehicle shampoo can be used and for stubborn can be used a stainless steel polish.
