New design for the imitation leather floor in the Actros

Here we have an imitation leather cover for the complete floor of the Actros. This fits both the MP4 and the MP5 and is made of a beautiful, non-glossy imitation leather. The sets are specially stitched with a thick and dirt-repellent thread in a striking color.
For vehicles with an air-sprung front passenger seat or folding swivel seat, we also supply an additional seat base cover. In the SoloStar Concept, the entire floor (engine tunnel) is covered. In other words, from the driver's side floor mat to the passenger's side and from the rear to the refrigerator.

New material and new quilting pattern

Our new DiamondStyle artificial leather is made of matt artificial leather with a very natural-looking grain. The seams consist of a high-quality thread in a contrasting color, which is sewn several times at the corners of the diamonds. This creates a special color effect that makes the mats look extremely appealing and high-quality.
The diamonds are approx. 6 cm long and 4.5 cm wide. The double seam is approx. 5 mm wide. The mats are lined with approx. 5 mm thick foam. The back has a black and very soft felt, which is also provided with small anti-slip dots. This means that the mat sits particularly well in the truck. The height of the seat base is approx. 13 cm.

Installation in the truck is really easy

The imitation leather covers for the interior are simply laid out in the truck and after a few days they blend in completely with the surface. Slight creases from shipping disappear by themselves.
The seat base cover has a Velcro fastener sewn onto the ends and is simply placed around the base and then Velcroed together.

Our tip for a long hold

In general, the mats already have small anti-slip dots on the back. Velcro tape can be purchased separately from us for additional security. This ensures that the mats lie even more firmly on the floor, especially under heavy use.
For cleaning, we recommend blowing out the mats once a week with compressed air and then wiping them with an interior cleaner and a microfiber cloth. The interior cleaner should never be applied directly to the mats, but always to the cloth first. Coarser dirt should be wiped off with a damp cloth first.
