At the end of 2016 in Hannover IAA, Michelin introduced the new Michelin males for the cabin roof.
The Michelin man is originally from France and was called "Bibendum". Since the 1950s, the (BIB) is a familiar sight on the cabin roof in the truck. In the past, there were several versions but unfortunately no longer produced for years.
Because the request but extremely increased in recent years, the old models were real gems and the Internet to traded up to 400EUR. Unfortunately, there were also some fakes on the market in recent years. Here is T.I.R. on the sash or the lettering is different than the original. Even if other dealers offer these fakes, we discourage clearly about this! The holder and the plastic of the male are inferior, and there is no safety guarantee.
The trend for the original and the requests now realized the tyre manufacturers and has now given a new version in order. The new Michelin seems males something in the proportions slimmed down. Also it has got a new blue sash and a slightly different facial expression. This beautiful exclusive cult object including a bracket for mounting will be delivered outside of the truck.
Now any, through the joint of the holder, of the (BIB) can be attached and adjusted on trucks.
