New quilting pattern

The DiamondStyle series is a brand new addition to our interior design range. Inspired by the Lozenge diamond cut, a completely new quilting pattern has been created here that catches everyone's eye. The basic colour is always black, but this series uses coloured quilting to great effect. The embroidery thread is available in blue, red or grey. So if you like your truck interior to look a little unusual and eye-catching, you'll find it here! The series is available for most current truck models.

High-quality materials characterise the DiamondStyle

The imitation leather used in this series is particularly robust and therefore durable. We have opted for a natural-looking, elegant grain in combination with a velvety matt surface. The matt surface shows off the shiny embroidery thread in the attractive contrasting colours particularly well. The quilting pattern is diamond-shaped and stitched with double seams. The seam spacing is approx. 0.5 cm, which is ideal for a diamond size of approx. 6 cm x 4.5 cm. The resulting overlaps of the double seams form small diamonds again at the corners, which are additionally filled with the embroidery thread. This gives the topstitching many small highlights that bring out the pattern even more.

We have chosen an extra thick, dirt-repellent thread, because this not only makes it stand out more, but it is also particularly tear-resistant and stays beautiful for a long time.

The core of the mats is a 5 mm thick, firm foam, which ensures that a plastic quilting is created.

Our tips for installation and care

The installation of the mats is very uncomplicated, because the floor of the driver's cab is simply covered with them. Of course, it is already taken into account during production whether the truck has a smooth floor or a raised engine tunnel. The seat base linings have a Velcro fastener sewn onto the ends. They are simply placed around the base and then velcroed together.

If small creases or folds should have occurred during transport, this is no cause for alarm. Thanks to the high-quality material, these disappear all by themselves after a few days of use, leaving behind a perfect interior.

If the mats are regularly subjected to heavier use or if it is important that they are particularly firmly attached to the floor, they can be additionally fixed to the subfloor with double-sided adhesive tape (available from our range).

Cleaning and maintenance do not pose any major problems either. We recommend blowing them out once a week with compressed air and wiping them with a damp microfibre cloth if they are slightly dirty. For maintenance or in case of heavier soiling, the interior cleaners from our range are excellent. When using these cleaners, however, it is important not to apply the product directly to the mats, but always to the cloth first.

If the mats get very wet, the moisture can also penetrate the inside of the mats. In this case, they should be dried in a warm place.

Well thought out from behind and from the front

Now that we have explained the visible advantages of this series at length, let's turn to the no less important back. Here, a soft felt with a slightly rough surface has been sewn. It ensures that the mats do not lie too rigidly in the truck, but adapt to the given shapes. The felt alone has a slight anti-slip effect, but it is also completely covered with a large number of anti-slip dots. Similar to what is known from stopper socks, the entire lower side of the truck mats is thus covered, which ensures excellent slip resistance.

When you buy the DiamondStyle set, you suddenly get an optimally designed floor in the truck. Not only are the floor mats and the engine tunnel included in the set as standard, but the matching seat base trim is also included! So everything looks cohesive and fits together perfectly.
