Monday - Friday: 8.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 16.00

Sale on Saturday:
always on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 9am to 1pm !!

For delivery to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to check the details before ordering with the customs or tax authorities.


4. With which shipping service provider is delivered?

Depending on the package size and weight, we deliver with our service providers

DHL, DPD, GLS and Dachser.


5. What if I'm not home?

DHL package

  • DHL does not attempt a second delivery, on request you can apply for another delivery online
  • The package can be picked up with the notification card, identity card or a power of attorney in your branch.
  • DHL stores the package 7 working days, then it goes back to the sender

DPD package

  • In the case of missed or unsuccessful delivery, the parcel will be brought to a parcel shop near you where you can pick it up with the notification card, your ID card or by proxy
  • The package will be stored 7 days a week in the parcel shop. Then it goes back to the sender

GLS package

  • If unsuccessful, the parcel will be sent to the next GLS parcel shop - there it will be ready for pickup from the day following the delivery
  • After the eighth day, the package will be brought to the GLS Depot distribution center - you will then be able to pick it up within 4 working days
  • Pick up with notification cards and power of attorney

Dachser forwarding

  • You will be informed by the forwarding company in good time by phone or by postcard about the upcoming delivery. The time of delivery takes place with your agreement
